I didn't get my content! How do I get it from this website?
Just type your mobile number into the TV support box and then select your make and model of phone. You'll see all the ringtones and pics that your phone can use. Find the one you want and it will be sent to your phone straight away. Remember, for funtones, polyphonics, wallpapers and java-games your phone must not only be WAP capable, it must also be WAP enabled with your carrier. For Telstra ring 125 111. For Optus ring 1300 300 937. For Vodafone ring 1300 650 410 and for Virgin ring 1300 555 100. Test your WAP first and make sure you've got space on your phone for the new content! Also make sure your phone has reasonable signal reception. WAP/GPRS does not work very well in poor signal conditions.

I got the Buzzword WAP menu but it doesn't work! What's wrong?
If you got the BUZZ WAP menu then your phone's WAP is working ok. You should be able to choose a ringtone or a picture from this menu. Check with your phone's manual for how to navigate through a WAP menu. Usually you use your phone's arrow keys and option button.

I downloaded some content but got an error! Is there a problem with my phone?
Plenty of phones are WAP capable but some older models can't play polyphonic ringtones or display photographs. If this is you then you need to use this website to see what content your phone is able to cope with. Up the top right of the home page you can select the make and model of your phone and the website will then only display content compatible with your phone.

I typed my mobile number into the TV support box but it says I have no credits! Why?
If you tried to use the Buzzword WAP menu from your phone you may have used up your credit, even if you didn't succeed in downloading anything. You need to send an email to support@buzzword.com.au with your mobile phone number, make and model, and explain what happened.
I downloaded a FunTone, but my mobile won't play it! why?
FunTones are real tones and your mobile must be able to play real tones. Check your manual for compatability.

How much does it cost?
The price varies depending on what you want. The price will always be displayed on the website. This price is inclusive of GST. If you tell a friend about a good BuzzWord, always tell them the price too. Never send a message to a premium number unless you know what it's going to cost. Also with pictures, polyphonic ring-tones and Java games your phone gets these using a GPRS connection. Carrier charges apply for GPRS connections.
How do I pay?
The cost appears on your next mobile phone bill. If you are a pre-paid customer, then the cost is immediately deducted from your account balance.

My phone model is not listed on your site; what should I do?
We provide the phone model lists to help you get the best results for your phone. If your model isn't listed then you can try a similar model. For text content this will work fine. You may find wallpapers come through not quite matching your screen size and ring-tones not sounding quite right. The bottom line is - don't blame us if it doesn't look or sound right! If your model isn't listed send us an email to support@buzzword.com.au .

Hey! It says it doesn't recognise the product code!
Check that you have typed in the product code correctly. Don't put spaces between the letters of digits. If you normally have your phone language set to a language other than English then try changing the language to English and sending the message again.

Polyphonic ringtones and wallpapers
My phone can't connect to the address provided in the SMS you sent me. What's going wrong?
You need to make sure your phone supports WAP (Internet access). Most modern phones provide this functionality. Talk to your service provider to make sure WAP is activated on your phone. Some service providers such as Optus provide mobile phones with WAP deactivated by default. They can generally activate this for you with a phone call to their general inquiries number. For Telstra ring 125 111. For Optus ring 1300 300 937. For Vodafone ring 1300 650 410 and for Virgin ring 1300 555 100
Also make sure your phone has reasonable signal reception. WAP/GPRS does not work very well in poor signal conditions.

I purchased a polyphonic ringtone, but it doesn't sound anything like it does on your website. What's the deal?
Some phones, especially some of the cheaper Nokia phones such as the 6610, have very poor support for polyphonic ringtones. This is because they are only capable of playing a small number of instruments simultaneously.
If you really like your polyphonic ringtones, we recommend you purchase a more capable phone such as the Sony Ericssons and newer Nokias. Make sure you check that it can play at least 16 instruments per song.

The polyphonic ringtone I purchased is too quiet on my phone. What can I do about this?
Many Sony-Ericsson T-series phones suffer from a problem with polyphonic ringtones being too quiet to be useful. Sony-Ericsson released a firmware upgrade for their phones which resolves this issue. This can be obtained by visiting any Sony-Ericsson service centre.
If you experience this problem, please make sure you set ringtone volume to maximum and do not have ringtones set to 'Ascending' (starting quiet and getting louder).
If you think the problem is with the ringtone, rather than the phone, please contact us as we may be able to assist.

I got an SMS with an Internet address in it. What do I need to do with this?
